On July 23rd, 2009 an armed robbery occurred at the Dollar General Store at Olive Branch, Mississippi.

The suspect was armed with a revolver and ordered the store clerks to help him bag the money and then demanded they lie down on the floor while he fled the scene. A warrant was obtained for Marcus Curtis for Armed Robbery. Lola Chantrelle Mitchell (aka Gangsta Boo), has also been charged in this case with Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery.

Gangsta Boo turned herself in and then released under a $100,000 bond pending a January 5 court date.

Gangsta Boo issued this official statement:

"I, Lola C. Mitchell aka Gangsta Boo, was not, I repeat, was not involved in any kind of conspiracy of any kind involving a robbery.

I am being implicated false on statements and terms. I have no connections with any unlawful activities with the suspect Marcus Curtis or anyone else involved in this matter.

I was neither questioned nor informed of any such charges brought against me before a warrant was issued which lead me to turn myself in.

I feel like I have been publicly slandered and targeted because of my career, I am innocent on all charges and the truth will prevail in the end."

In 2006, Turk (Tab Virgil, Jr.) was convicted of attempted murder of a Tennessee police officer. The shooting happened in 2004.

This guy looks way too happy to be taking a mugshot.

In July 2008, 25 year old Jabari Evans (aka Naledge) was arrested by police after removing to leave the scene of a fight at a nightclub in Tempe. The fight they're referring to was his rhyme partner Double-O getting stomped out so bad by club bouncers that he ended up having to get a metal plate in his head.

He was booked on "suspicion of interfering with a police investigation" and then released on $500 bail.

In September 2008, Webbie led the police on a high-speed chase. Along the way he hit another car, injuring the passenger. He then dumped the car and ran on foot, but was later caught.

He was charged with felony eluding, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and felony aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.

After showing up on America's Most Wanted, Bay Area rapper Mac Minister was arrested in San Francisco for the murders of Kansas City rappers Fat Tone and Cowboy. The murders were rumored to be a retaliation for the killing of Bay Area rapper Mac Dre in 2004.

Mac Minister was convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

He has maintained his innocence.

In October 2009, Method Man (Clifford Smith) was arrested for owing $33,000 in income tax returns that he didn't file between 2004 and 2007.

During the police raid of TI's home in October 2007, where they found the rapper had enough guns to take over a small country, his fiance' Tameka "Tiny" Cottle was also arrested for drug possession of weed and ecstasy.

She was release the next day on $10,000 bail.

In November of 2007, 16 people were arrested for drug possession in Kingsport, Tennessee when police found a pound of weed in their tour bus. This included Cash Money CEO's Cash Money Records CEO's Ronald "Slim" Williams and Bryan "Birdman" Williams.

The man who gave us hits like Young Jeezy's 'Trap or Die' and Snoop Dogg's'Sensual Seduction' is in an Atlanta jail awaiting to be arraigned on Murder 1 charges.

In the early morning of January 1st 2010, Demetrius Stewart (aka Shawty Redd) was at his home with another individuals who was not an intruder. An argument ensued in which this individual threatened violence against Shawty Redd. Shawty Redd felt his life was in jeopardy and retrieved his firearm for self-defense. As a result, the man that allegedly threatened him was shot and killed. Immediately, thereafter Shawty Redd went to the Henry County police Department and turned himself in.

He is currently awaiting his lawyer and is hoping to get a bond.

Sean P (Sean Joseph) of the YoungBloodZ was arrested in December, 2009 after leaving his mixtape release party and charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct.
